Class Policies
- Class fee is due in full upon registration. We accept Visa and MasterCard, local checks, and cash. A $35 charge is assessed for returned checks.
- You may register by phone. Have credit card ready and ask Sales Associate to fax supply list to you or make arrangements to pick it up during business hours BEFORE class begins.
- Registration deadlines will be 4 days prior to the beginning date of the class.
- Classes will be canceled two days prior to start date if enrollment is not sufficient.
- Refunds will be given only if Hen House Quilts cancels class. Transfer to another class or in-store credit is granted only if your space can be filled.
- In-store credit is good for one year after receipt date.
- Students will be given a 10% discount on all supplies purchased at Hen House Quilts for their particular class. Discounts are given for the class supplies only.
- Fabric should be pre-washed and ironed unless pattern states otherwise. Hen House Quilts is not responsible for fabrics that may run when the finished product is washed, so pre-testing is paramount.
- PLEASE—no children, pets, cell phones, or unpaid guests or observers.
- Hen House Quilts makes every effort to have all supplies for classes available, and we appreciate your support of our store. It is your purchases and support that make it possible to continue offering classes and keeping up to date on the newest products and techniques available.
Return Policy
- Cut yardage and opened patterns may not be returned.
- Original store receipt MUST accompany all returns within 10 days of purchase.
- An IN-STORE CREDIT VOUCHER is exchanged for returns and is honored for up to one year from return date.
Instructions and Assistance
- Private instructions and assistance are free of charge when project fabric is purchased from Hen House Quilts. Appointments are required for assistance after purchase to accomodate regular business activities.
- A fee of $15 per hour is charged for all other instructions and assistance.
